As per the UP D.El.Ed 2019 notification, the counselling will begin from 17th July 2019, and the admission for Basic Training Certificate (BTC) will remain open till 5th August 2019.

The dates of UP BTC 1st round counselling 2019-

UP BTC counselling & merit list process is managed by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). It is an online process. Below is the D.El.Ed counselling process is given in brief:

• You need to login to counselling process with the help of Registration number and date of birth.
• After login, the counselling platform Candidates need to generate OTP.
• Fill up your choice: After that, they have to choose colleges in whole over Uttar Pradesh and lock the seat.
• On the basis of your preference and cutoff, you will get college allotment.
• Seat allotment: After the result declaration if the seat is allotted then-candidate have to pay the fee on the official website through SBI Collect Link. and candidates need to report the respective college with the original documents with the given dates.
• Otherwise, wait for the second round and then apply again.

UP BTC Course Duration

UPBTC Course is Two Years long which has been divided into four semesters. The candidates have to pass each semester to get the UP BTC Diploma certification.

The selection process of UP BTC 2019 will be purely based on the Merit List. Candidates, please note that the merit list will be made on the basic education qualification (total marks (%) Highschool + Intermediate + Graduation ). You can check below “how merit list/cut off is prepared?”

Combined state level merit list will be declared for each category. There is no district-wise merit list & cut off from last year. UP Basic Education Board will release an overall merit list on the basis of categories, you can appear for counselling process if you’re eligible as per the common merit list.
