Burning Tree has been a great experience as a bag boy and a caddy. Working here has definitively taught me a fair deal about responsibility. Tournament days can be considered rough due because of the long hours, however this is usually compensated for through the tips given by the members. Considering this is a very high end club, employees are expected to act a certain way and treat the members with the utmost respect. Overall, I enjoyed the time that I spent at Burning Tree.

This place works on a "Tip Share" program. Which is a very big trust with ppl u barely know. If u are a detail oriented person & can watch from a distance you Will see people being sneaky & pocketing $ that should be going into the "tip share". If u start asking ? for clarification or explanations as to why u see this happening " the Pocketing, lying/or just cutting servers off the flloose those tips cause its ezplained that thosw tips went right to the Aast Manager who is also waiting on tables & getting a high hrly pay... Its just too much adults acting like HS theives. b4 the " Big Spenders & tippera. U are then a " Marked person" & will be termonated as soon as they can pin aome fals&greattippers

I came to BTCC in order to begin my career path as a golf pro. Arriving the building was old but filled with potential. The first 2 months I was there I realized how short staff it was and how bad the management was lacking with hiccups everywhere. Doing at least 40 hours per week with little pay made me realize I need to take a different direction. I want to be able to be somewhere that I can climb up the ladder and build a solid career.

The hardest part of the job being wet all the time the job is not a easy job to do hard work and you will get very tired but the pay was ok and you get to eat

The management was so poor that it made most employees resent each other and resent the club itself. Interns that lived on the premises were mistreated and I would especially caution any and all prospective female employees from applying, this place is absolutely FILLED with creeps on all levels. Terrible place to work, will not be including it on my resume. No organization, no personal responsibility, no accountability, no morals, and no conscience. What a nightmare. An ugly, nouveau riche imitation of a country club.

Great place to work but hard to get in without knowing someone. If you do not work you do not get paid because you get paid right after you finish your job as caddy.
