बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण  व आगामी बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण में चयन के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन व चयन प्रक्रिया में आंशिक संशोधन कर दिया गया है

बीटीसी की फीस राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (एससीईआरटी) के खाते में देना होगा। इसके बाद उन्हें खर्च का पूरा प्रस्ताव बनाते हुए भेजना होगा, इसके बाद उन्हें एससीईआरटी से बजट आवंटित किया जाएगा इसके अलावा उन्हें अन्य मदों में खर्च का हिसाब भी देना होगा। इस संबंध में प्रमुख सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा सुनील कुमार ने निर्देश भेज दिया है प्रदेश के जिलों में डायटों की स्थापना की गई है। इसका मुख्य काम शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण देना है। इसके लिए केंद्र से मिलने वाली मदद तो डायटों को दी ही जाती है, साथ में बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण का या अन्य मदों में पैसा उसे मिलता है पर स्थिति यह है कि डायट इसका हिसाब एससीआरटी को नहीं देते हैं। इस संबंध में शासन स्तर पर हुई बैठक में यह जानकारी आई कि डायट मिलने वाले पैसों के खर्च का हिसाब नहीं दे रहे हैं।

इसके आधार पर यह निर्णय किया गया है कि डायटों को अब खर्च का पूरा हिसाब देना होगा। डायटों को छात्रों से मिलने वाली फीस का पूरा पैसा पहले एससीईआरटी को देना होगा इसके बाद उन्हें मदवार खर्च का प्रस्ताव भेजना होगा। इसके आधार पर उनका पैसा उन्हें दिया जाएगा। उन्हें बताना होगा कि उन्हें कितना पैसा मिला, बीटीसी प्रवेश के एवज में कितनी फीस मिली, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम या फिर अन्य मदों में कितना खर्च हुआ।
