Swap is available on the Web, iOS and Android. To place a Swap order, follow the instructions below for the device you are using:. 

Web

1. From the header along the top of your Wallet, navigate to Swap. 
2. You will be prompted to verify your identity. If your identity is already verified, you can skip this step. 
3. Select the asset you want to Swap from.
   • Select whether you want to Swap from your Wallet or Trading Wallet. To learn about the differences, click here.
4. Select which asset and wallet you want to Swap to.
5. Enter the amount you want to Swap. You can choose to enter an amount denominated in your Wallet’s fiat currency or you can enter it denominated in the asset you are initiating the Swap from. For example, you could choose to Swap $10 worth of bitcoin, or you could choose to Swap BTC. If you wish to exchange the minimum or maximum amount available in the selected wallet (subject to order minimums and limits), click on ‘min’ or ‘max.’. 
6. After selecting the assets and wallets, and entering the desired quantity, click ‘Swap’ to continue. 
7. Review your order details, to ensure they are correct. Click ‘Confirm Swap Order’ to begin your Swap. 

You can track your order’s status in the Order History tab. Please note, the time it takes for your Swap order to complete will vary based on network conditions and the wallet you have swapped from. For questions regarding existing orders, please make sure to include your Order ID in your support request.

iOS

1. Access Swap through the ‘Swap’ button on the bottom bar.
2. You will be prompted to verify your identity. If your identity is already verified, you can skip this step.
3. To begin your Swap, click on ‘New Swap’
4. Select the asset and the wallet you wish to Swap from.
5. Select the asset and Wallet you wish to Swap into. If you are unsure of the difference see here
6. Review your Swap pair to make sure everything is correct.
7. Enter the amount you wish to Swap. You can enter this denominated in your Wallet’s local currency or in the Crypto you wish to swap. If you want to Swap the maximum amount, click ‘Swap Max.’ Once you’ve entered your order details, click ‘Next’.
8. Review all the details on the confirmation page to make sure they are correct. Once you’ve confirmed the details, click on the ‘Swap x for x’ button at the bottom of the screen.
9. Congratulations! Your Swap order is now in progress.

Android

1. Access Swap through the ‘Swap’ button on the bottom bar.
