This looks like a rather promising project. I have seen similar initiatives but not many with a well structured business model like BrainSpace. The whitepaper is well written and informative, they have a strong team with solid work experience and a formidable advisory team.
I think this project has ots of potential.

Project doesn't seem to have any competitive edge over others. Many things are also missing such as how Brain Space works with different requirements for users in different jurisdictions and how Brain Space would be a guaranteed a better solution over merely registering something in their own local area.

The idea is simple & not innovative, already dozens of projects which are doing similar things right now, also I do not think it needs $14.5M to make it realized, below are my concerns:
- Most of the parts of the milestone focusing on ICO itself i/o how to make the project successful which is the key point;
- How can you guarantee the raw data is clean & correct?
- How can you adjust your strategies under different jurisdictions as there are big differences among them?
- Why talents prefer to use your platform i/o national institutions which are widely recognized in their country?
- What is your business model & ROI for investors?
- What are your advantages & can you do it without blockchain?
Finally, it is already end of 2018 & we should be rational for any ICO, so we come to the key point which is what are your solutions to protect your investors? How can you guarantee the money raised not misused. disappear or fraud? because no 3rd party to regulate & watch each steps in their milestones as traditional VCs.
