What can I do with the app?
PrePaid:
- Display Line/service number and account number on Home screen
- Access to balance and expiration date
- Directly pay/top using a voucher or a credit card
- See usage for their different entitlements (voice, data, SMS) and how much still have available
- Users will receive an alert if their balance is low
- Users will receive an alert if their data usage is critical
- Traffic details allow users to see latest calls, SMS sent and data used
- Users can check the current add-ons and enable new ones by clicking the "Add-ons" button in the Home menu
- Top up your account or someone else’s using a credit card or a voucher code
- The "Call Me" option allows users to request a call from another BTC number if their account has the qualifying balance
- User is able to transfer balance/credit to another BTC number PrePaid customer
PostPaid:
- Display Line/service number and account number on Home screen
- Access to information about Bills (including outstanding amount and due date)
- Directly pay their bill using a credit card or select to see bill details from the following tab:
- My Usage tab provides different entitlements (voice, data, SMS) and remaining available units
- From each usage type, click on view detail buttons and see more entitlement information
- Push notifications are sent if bill is due within 5 days (or less) or if their bill is overdue
- Push notifications can be sent if data usage is critical according to the established thresholds by type.
