Due to all password data being encrypted, we can unfortunately not help you recover your password.

This tutorial is only for version 3 wallet users (you can see your wallet version in the backup PDF), for all version 2 wallets please follow the complete recovery process.

With your recovery / backup PDF you are able to change your password.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

- Go to the login page atconwaytransport.com.au

- Click on 'Forgot password?' at the bottom

- Follow the instructions to change your wallet password

Click on the confirmation link sent to you via email, and enter the 'Encrypted Recovery Secret' from your backup document. You can find it on the backup PDF that you have received when you created your wallet. The encrypted recovery secret is a collection of English words.

Next, update your password.

Once successful, you will receive a new single page document. Add this new page to the other pages of your backup document. This new page contains your updated “Encrypted Recovery Secret’.
